About Patricia
Patricia Braun is the owner and the driving force behind SLC. She has 20 years’ experience as a language teacher in Brisbane. She has taught Spanish in Sweden and Norway; she was the head of Spanish department at ILSN in Norway. She has taught people from all walks of life and knows how hard it can be for students to motivate themselves for evening study after a day at work or university, so she takes care to ensure that learning is not just effective, but fun as well.
Because Patricia is the owner of the business, she sees each student as a very important person. She prides herself in recognizing the learning style of each individual and tailoring her approach to suit each of them.
“I learned four languages, and I know how difficult is at the beginning, after your first language, the others are easier to learn because your brain becomes faster” “The key is to persevere, have discipline, have fun and you never give up”
Patricia has taught thousands of satisfied students over the years, many of whom have contributed testimonials.
Her professional, fun and effective Spanish teaching skills are well known in the Spanish speaking circles of Brisbane.
